Holder of “Rīgas satiksme” partly replaced company’s Council
“Rīgas satiksme” informs that today in the evening Riga Vice-Mayor Druvis Kleins partly replaced the company’s Council. Ernests Saulītis, Juris Švanders, Rolands Klincis and Natālija Moškeviča will continue working in the Council, but the previous chairman of the Council, Normunds Narvaišs, as well as Council members Ainārs Ozols and Andrejs Pančenko have been dismissed.
The task of the new Council members will be to implement the principles of good corporate governance, to ensure the delivery of the service according to the municipal order, the stability of the company and the conclusion of the Board contest.
